Garment Questions

Q - Do you offer different garment types other than what is online?

A - Yes! Let us know what you are looking for, whether it is a different color, size, etc and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

Q - Do you offer custom work for my business?

A - Yes! Let us know what you are looking for, and we can custom print your logo on a wide variety of garments.

 

Q - Can you give me more information on the garments you sell?

A - Designs are SUPER SOFT and lightweight. Professionally printed. We use ring spun cotton which gives a much softer feel. You can find specific details under the "Details" tab on the product page.

Shipping & Delivery

Q - How long will shipping take to my location?

A - We ship out new orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, depending on your location and shipping speed, delivery can take anywhere between 2-10 business days depending on the shipping method you have chosen. All orders come with tracking numbers except Canada AIRMAIL FLAT and USPS First Class FLAT.

 

Q - Where you ship from? 

A - For USA orders, we ship out of WA State USA. For Canadian orders, we ship out of British Columbia Canada.

 

Q - What about returns?

A - We offer an easy, no hassle 30 day return and exchange policy. 

If you want to do a size/color exchange or refund, please send us back your original order and we will send out the new size/color free of charge. Please note the garment must be in its original "new" condition; free of hair, non original smells, etc :) Items not received in this condition are subject to a re-stocking fee.

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs. In the event of a defective garment, we will ship out a new garment free of charge.

Returns/exchanges/refunds can be made on your Account page.

Q - Do you offer pickups?

A - Unfortunately, we do not allow pickups at this time.

 

Q - Do you offer FREE Shipping?

A - We do! Orders $59+ will have a FREE Standard Shipping option at Checkout.
